The stunning building designed by acclaimed architect Angelo Candalepas with a striking façade comprising of varying features harmonises Melbourne’s heritage, playing homage to its contemporary streetscape location. The design philosophy is industrial inspired, carried through in handcrafted steel, stone and timber, creating contrasting textures teamed with eclectic interiors of the guest-rooms and hotel’s public spaces.

Led by QT designers, renowned Interior designer, Nic Graham, and architectural and design expert Shelley Indyk, the dynamic duo will work collaboratively to create the visually intriguing spaces whist still incorporating signature QT quirks. With newly inspired drinking and dining establishments, QT Melbourne aims to be a destination not only for guest but locals as well through its different food and drink experiences - a café on ground level, a signature bar & grill restaurant, a laneway bar concept and rooftop bar, spearheaded by QT Hotels Creative Food Director Robert Marchetti, curating food concepts which deliver an edgy and eclectic experience to the precinct.
