Borsch, Vodka and Tears is a vodka and cocktail bar serving food to drink with. We are a successful and well-established business and have been one of Melbourne's favourite cocktail bars since 2001. We are located at the interesting end of Chapel Street.
Founded by a trio of Polish expats, this cafe, restaurant and bar has a warm bohemian atmosphere, with candle-strewn wooden tables and gilded mirrors. The menu is apt, offering Polish cuisine and over 100 vodkas from the Eastern Bloc.
