Opened in 2013 by husband and wife team Kelvin and Michelle Shaw the concept behind Altair is simple. To provide a high class and unique dining experience that incorporates Kelvin's love for the traditional alongside South East Asian influences. Where Altair differs is in our use of native Australian ingredients, an area that Chef Kelvin and our whole team are extremely passionate about.
We are looking for energetic and hospitality passionate people to join our team at Altair Restaurant. Previous experience in hospitality is a must and the successful applicant must have a love of good food and wine.
