Silo Bakery

Silo is our second business, having produced artisan breads and pastries since 1988 in a bakery-only operation prior to 1996.

Our focus has been on using high quality and seasonal produce where possible by dealing directly with local farmers & vineyards, berry, olive & truffle growers. The products and meals are simple, rustic, flavoursome and inexpensive so that they appeal to a wide range of clients.

We have declined to expand ourselves into a chain or franchise, and take holidays at Christmas and Easter.
