We're looking for a super organised, digital savvy and all-round textile lover for our showroom/retail space.
We’re Australia’s preeminent niche textile house, with a ‘hands on’ approach to all facets of the ‘design’ business. We’re looking for a team player who can work across various aspects of the showroom, including but not limited to sales, store merchandising, website store maintenance and client liasion. We are recognised for our welcoming and approachable staff and for providing a retail environment that is collaborative and creative. Our position in the market is at the highest level and our team is expected to strive to strengthen our existing relationships with clients and foster the growth of new business. Our brand relies on an exceptional customer service journey, from first impressions with walk-in shoppers through to delivering large orders for wholesale and trade clients. We value an attentive, friendly and common sense approach to all face-to-face, phone and email communications with clients, ensuring we provide the best service experience possible.
Our ideal candidate will:
> Have an interest and ability to work with a beautiful textile product
> Be computer literate and have experience with digital sales, Microsoft Office, POS systems and inventory software
> Enjoy a physical role with plenty of variety
> Be able to work 5 days a week with rotating Saturdays
> Have experience in sales and the design field (essential)
This is a showroom-based role (much more scope than a traditional retail position) with a focus on sales, however if you’re looking for a textile design position this is not for you. Please send us your latest resume/CV with a paragraph about why you’d be great for this role.
