Sales Territory Manager – The Natural Beverage Company PTY LTD

  • $55,000-65,000 Base + Super + Car (business hours) + $Uncapped Commissions$ 

The Company: 

We are a young start up business, with exciting brand growth across the functional beverage market. Launching new exciting products and looking to build an energetic sales team nationally. Targeting cafes, health food stores independent grocery etc. 

We are a supportive team looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, motivated person to be part of our team.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Identifying and secure new business opportunities within Cafés, Independent Retailers, Health Food Stores, Fitness locations etc
  • Responsible for executing our direct on road van sales to current and new customers (Victoria)
  • Managing our brand position (ranging) and merchandising within stores 
  • Executing promotional activities
  • Sharing feedback, insights and opportunities with the management team
  • Helping to analyses and improve processes and efficiencies 
  • Attending events 
  • Analyse the territory / markets potential, track sales and maintain reporting
  • Supply management with weekly reports/ updates on needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new business
  • Work to set sales KPI’s and sales targets
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

Skills and Experience Required:

  • 2-3 years experience in a similar role selling health and wellness products
  • FMCG background will work well in this market, ideally from beverages industry
  • Exceptional networking and entrepreneurial skills
  • Comfortable working autonomously
  • Strong new business development experience 
  • An enthusiastic, self-motivated, confident person who is driven to succeed 
  • Strong presentation skills and sales pitching ability
  • A motivated sales representative to achieve weekly sales goals
  • A genuine interest in health and wellbeing is very important in this role
  • Ability to work to set sales KPI’s
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Must have valid drivers license

Looking for someone who is eager and focused on driving sales, new business opportunities and building strong relationships with current customers. Role will be reporting directly to the management team.
