The Company: 

We are a young start up business, with exciting brand growth across the functional beverage market. Launching new exciting products and looking to build an energetic sales team nationally. Targeting cafes, health food stores independent grocery etc. 

We are a supportive team looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, motivated person to be part of our team.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within Cafés, Independent Retailers, Health Food Stores, Fitness locations etc
  • Managing relationships and driving sales performance with local (state based) distributors and key accounts.
  • Managing our brand position in store. Merchandising and range extensions.
  • Executing promotional activities.
  • Sharing feedback, insights and opportunities with the management team
  • Helping to analyze and improve processes and efficiencies 
  • Attending events 
  • Analyze the territory / markets potential, track sales and maintain up to date reports
  • Supply management with weekly reports/ updates on needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new business
  • Work to achieve KPI’s and sales targets
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

Skills and Experience Required:

  • 1 years + experience in a similar sales role, with ideally an FMCG background.
  • Strong people and communication skills
  • Comfortable working autonomously
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, confident person, with interests in the health and wellness space
  • Strong presentation and time management skills
  • Must have valid drivers license

Looking for someone who is eager and focused on driving sales, new business opportunities and building strong relationships with current customers. Role will be reporting directly to the management team.
