Grand Ocean Park Pty Ltd is a distributor company based in Sydney.
We are seeking an efficient and professional Wholesale Assistant to support our General Manager in different exhibitions and hand office.
This is a great position for applicants that seek variety and experience in the Wholesale field. We are one of a kind creative company and are looking for an individual who is both adaptive and willing to learn with a great attitude!
- Assist the General Manager in all areas of managing Wholesale accounts including client correspondence, Wholesale quotes and invoicing and other Wholesale administrative tasks as required
- Assisting with inventory management; tagging, transferring and allocating stock to Wholesale stockists
- Pick and pack orders for Wholesale customers; selecting priority stock and placing special orders with Production Team
- Packing, calculating freight and shipping Wholesale orders
- Other duties as required
Qualifications/Level of experience
- Strong administrative and data entry skills
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to a high standard and offer great customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word
- Be efficient, organized and methodical with a strong eye for detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
