The Event Chef is responsible for establishing and maintaining exceptional levels of food preparation and service in all relevant outlets of the Sandridge Event Centre and the Port Melbourne Football Club. This role oversees all the aspects relating to the kitchen operation and management.
This role could be part time or full time, depending on candidate. The Sandridge Event Centre is a 220 pax sit down event space associated with the Port Melbourne Football Club. The club is looking for an experienced Event Chef to create menus, manage costs, build a team and ensure the beautifully designed venue and space becomes an iconic venue of Port Melbourne known for its exceptional food and service. Come game day, we have a Presidents lunch and open the kiosk for patrons visiting the game.
