We are putting together a team to execute a brand new project on 11th St and Broadway just south of Union Square opening June 2020. We are taking expressions of interest from qualified and experienced kitchen leaders.
Black Fox started as a coffee focused destination receiving notable awards such as best new cafe 2016 by Eater.com and have since expanded into an all-day restaurant wine bar opening our second location in December of 2018.
The forthcoming restaurant is 500sqm ground floor that will house an open service kitchen, winebar, coffee bar and 80-100 seats. Downstairs is 300sqm of prep kitchen, coolrooms and dry store. The 2nd and 3rd floors are private club with bars on each floor. The 10th floor is an events space for 300 heads with catering kitchen. The rooftop is a bar and another event space. Dumb waiters and elevators service each floor.
To apply you must have proven success in high volume venues where you've put together a full team who are able to deliver across multiple styles of service.
