Learn Customer Service Skills: (Communication Skills; Active Listening and Qualification of Tasks)

Observe a winning team who meet and greet members and guests in a warm and genuine way. See how we track behaviour of members and guests, pro-actively identify and resolve issues before they arise. We maintain clear lines of communication with the Club Manager who will operate as your mentor through the placement.

Experience how we use Systems, Tools and Processes.

Learn insights into why we track frequency of visits of Work Club members and guests using CRM Tools. Learn how to use inventory management systems and shadow the GM in discussions with alliance partners to ensure adequate supplies. Learn facilities management techniques around OHS and building guidelines.

Project & Facilities Management:

Attend the set up of Work Club events as well as collaboration with the Club Manager. Listening to members and providing direct feedback to your team at site - what works, doesn't work, what could we do better - and capture personal member information in Work Club Virtual).

Marketing Tools/Merchandise

See how Work Club Virtual CRM is updated on a daily basis so we can forecast accurate sales revenues and understand how we are tracking as a business.
