In the role of Receptionist, you're the first touchpoint within Hoyne's Sydney studio. So we're looking for someone who can clearly and confidently represent the Hoyne brand and provide impeccable client experience. More broadly you'll work with the Hoyne Sydney team and national operations to facilitate the smooth running of the studio.
Your role is extremely diverse so you’ll need exceptional organisational and time management skills. On any given day you’ll be managing reception, calls and client meetings, organising events, booking travel and helping with AV and technology needs. A logical and proactive approach means you can think on your feet, prioritise and keep things running seamlessly.
Skills And Experience
Experience in an agency or professional services environment would be ideal, but it’s not essential. You’ll have good attention to detail and love the diversity a role like this has to offer. You’re a people person and bring personality and a can-do attitude to the role.
When it comes to the practicalities, you’re proficient in the standard Microsoft Office suite and adept at picking up new systems and processes. And if you love good coffee chances are you can make one too - we’d love you to share those skills.
Importantly you want to be part of a great team whether it’s catching up over a group lunch in the studio or kicking back for Friday night drinks.
