The Fermentary is seeking an experienced sales/business development manager who can create and deliver our wholesale sales strategy.
At The Fermentary we are truly passionate about ferments and pride ourselves on being a leading producer of and educator about raw, wild fermented products. We are a small, tight knit and passionate team that is currently undergoing a rapid period of growth and we are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced sales manager to take on our newly created wholesale sales manager role.
You are an experienced sales manager within the speciality wine, cheese or luxury food industry.By leveraging existing and building new relationships, you will be able to identify and maximise new opportunities for growth. In doing so, you will be the driving force for our unique wholesale story – developing and delivering our wholesale sales strategy and customer management.
A knowledge of and enthusiasm for wild fermentation is essential, as is a friendly, polite and approachable manner. We aim to provide the highest level of service to build and strengthen our customer relationships. We want someone who can take ownership of the brand and the product, someone who is genuinely passionate about the ethics and approachability of good food.
