We are seeking an engaging and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead the Restaurant Front of House team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, whilst professionally leading and developing staff.

Key tasks:

  • Manage daily operations of a la carte & event service in venue
  • Manage private functions and events for up to 80 guests
  • Lead the FOH team of 10-15 staff, including supervisors & hospitality casuals on a day-to-day basis
  • Motivate and inspire the team to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Maintain POS, reporting and staff time sheet entering/checking

Skills and experience:

  • Experience in managing a busy a la carte restaurant as well as catering to high-end private functions
  • Extensive knowledge of cocktails, whisky, wine and food.
  • A passion for hospitality and a desire to further your career in this industry
  • An engaging personality and warmth that staff and customers gravitate towards
  • Experience in managing, training and mentoring a team
  • Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
  • Well-presented candidates with a professional attitude
  • Flexibility and availability to work nights and weekends
  • Team player attitude and commitment to high-end service delivering quality food and beverages
  • Ideally someone with 2 years’ experience
