Do you love Cheese? And Cheese with Booze? We do! And so we are looking for hospitality professionals to come join our teams in our busy licensed fromageries in St Kilda and Carlton. A friendly and confident disposition is essential. Knowledge of cheese and wine is a bonus!
We are looking for cheese and booze focused people who have ideally chosen front of house as their profession and want to make a long term commitment to the position and developing their skills.
Working with a professional team and with the best quality of products, you will gain knowledge and have access to grow within an expanding company.
Never a dull moment, Milk the Cow regularly host evenings working with passionate producers and industry professionals. Think fabulous cheese as well as wine/ natural wine/ beer/ whisky/ gin/ sake... and so on. In addition we find ourselves at onsite and offsite events talking all things cheese and booze whenever we can.
Milk the Cow can offer you excitement and education, in a fun and fast paced environment.
We offer a 7 day business and as such the successful candidates can expect a varied 7 day roster consisting of day and evening shifts.
