Baker to join our small, but serious, team. We need a fulltime, experienced baker to share in the production of our sourdough bread range, and some pastry and viennoiserie work. Early starts are integral, and a reasonable knowledge of sourdough production, shaping and moulding, and baking is essential. A firm understanding of pastry lamination is necessary. We are interested in Central Euro flavours, so knowledge in this area will be a distinct advantage. The ability to fit into a small team is a must. This is a family run business with honesty and integrity valued above all else.
