Starting as a pop-up at our Mascot facility it grew very quickly, now Vic’s Meat Market has its own store at the iconic Sydney Fish Market.

Our Store Manager works along with our department heads to form a strong management team who leads together.
Made up of a team of approx 10-20 depending on the day the Store Manager's role is to support, train and maintain established policies and disciplines.
The successful candidate will lead from the front, have a proven track record of sales achievement through offering high levels of customer service, experience meeting/exceeding set KPI's and a keen eye for detail and presentation.
An interest in meat is advantageous, but not essential.
