This is an exciting opportunity for a wine professional to work at an established winery, which has held a Chef's Hat in the Age Good Food Guide since 2013. The role involves developing our imported and local wine list, creating food & wine pairings and staff education.
There is an opportunity to work in the winery during vintage, and participate in blending sessions throughout the year. The right person could take this role to another level.
The successful applicant will have an unpretentious attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to work as part of a team. It is also essential to have a good knowledge of local and international wines.
