Frank's and it's new sister restaurant Levi are looking for Full Time and Part time Chef's with a ranging from Sous Chefs to Juniors.
Frank's is looking for full time Cooks/Chefs. We're located at 97 Cavanagh St, CHELTENHAM. Our opening hours are 7am - 4pm, 7 days (NO nights). We’re looking for people ranging in experience, from someone just out of training, to candidates with industry experienced. The successful candidate will preferably have fast paced, similar style cafe environment and be available a minimum of one weekend day a week. We have a very tight-knit crew though the whole venue, so the right attitude/team fit will be the greatest determining factor for successful candidates.
Good people in this game are hard to find, and we get that, so to try and attract top talent, here's what we can do for you:
1) Although everyone should be doing it, we ACTUALLY pay award (weekly) as a minimum.
2) Provide you with multiple free Chef Uniforms (branded t-shirts and aprons).
3) Free 6 monthly professional knife sharpening.
4) For fulltime applicants, we can look at doing 4 days full time if that’s something you’d want.
5) Provide a fun, respectful and safe work place.
Life is hard enough (especially for chefs!), the management respect how hard you guys work, so we do whatever we can to make your work life as easy as possible, hence why we have VERY low staff turn over.

TOASTA & Co specialises in reconnecting people with their inner-child through nostalgic eating experiences. Consisting of 2 food trucks (TOASTA and Von Crumb) and a brick and mortar, we're after an assistant chef to work alongside our Head Chef in managing the food across the board.
