TOASTA & Co are on the hunt for one Weekday (Monday to Friday) and one Weekend Barista to join our team!
Who Are We?
TOASTA is a young, fresh business on a mission to reconnect people with their inner child through food. Based in West Melbourne, the business comprises of two food trucks (TOASTA and Von Crumb) and a cafe, and we have plans to continue expanding our cheesy empire! The café serves menu items from both food truck menus, as well as an all day breakfast menu, coffee, grab and go lunch items and cocktails. We’re after someone dynamic who values food, customer service and wants to help us grow our expanding business.
About the Role:
We are looking to fill two Barista vacancies at Toasta & Co, one as our Weekday Barista and one as Weekend Barista! The right people will be flexible with their availabilities, with the Weekend Barista being available every weekend (this is a must!). We are on the hunt for people with impeccable coffee skills, a passion for all things coffee & customer service and those who want to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment. We use delicious beans from Proud Mary along with our La Marzocco Linea PB to make fantastic coffee that our strong regular customer base keeps coming back for day in, day out!
Baristas are responsible for dialling in every morning, following the recipe set for us by Proud Mary, producing amazing coffee everytime, troubleshooting any issues, making smoothies/milkshakes, serving customers & running coffees.
