Take a lead in this french bistro within a progressive hospitality group. Big changes are happening here at this French Bistro and you will be involved in all front of house decisions and managing and driving the business once the build and implementation phase is completed. Renovations and remapping of business direction.

Whilst solid French wine, cocktail and spirit knowledge is important; as is great management of a multifaceted team and kitchen, we are after the right person who also demonstrates exceptional skills in the following areas: - be a proven leader with excellent relationships with suppliers and customers - be able to work within set budgets in regards to COGS and wage %'s - have a personality suited to being a fantastic host - be able to manage front of house and back of house with very attuned organisational skills - have experience in a similar role - has vision and ideas - can formulate a strategy and steps to achieve task - be very confident in staff training and maintaining very high service standards - and be computer savy
