Skills & Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Chef de Partie
  • Minimum 3 years working in pan or grill section at al a carte restaurant
  • Basic knowledge of fish handling
  • Experience trimming, portioning and grilling meat
  • Knowledge in Asian cuisine desirable
  • Resilient and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
  • Strong work ethic and a “can do” attitude
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Able to think outside the box
  • Understanding of stock control & ordering processes
  • Able and willing to work shift work, including weekends and public holidays
