Launching August as part of The Glen’s state of the art new food and beverage precinct, Bia Hoi is a new concept from Jerry Mai (Annam, Pho Nom).
Based on the beer halls of Vietnam, the concept will see a blend of Asian beers, local craft and limited releases alongside traditional and not so traditional Vietnamese street food. Service will be fast-paced but knowledgeable and friendly.
The Venue Manager will oversee all elements of the business on a day to day basis, including human resources, beverage management, stock control, budgets, service and CRM. You will report directly to the owners and while support and training will be available, it is expected that the successful candidate will work autonomously to run the venue.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a collection of skills and talents.
The role requires availability over a 7 day rotating roster including brunch, evenings and weekends.
