Reporting to the Client Service Specialist, the role of Client Service Coordinator is often the first introduction of any client to Cargo Crew.  This role is critical in the commencement of the customer journey with Cargo Crew.


The Client Service Coordinator is responsible for answering inbound enquiries to Cargo Crew and identifying the client’s requirements. 

The Client Service Coordinator is an asset to the Client Service team, works exceptionally well with the broader business, can express and demonstrate a passion for sales and exception customer service.  The Client Service Coordinator is expected to possess basic to intermediate knowledge in all aspects of Cargo Crew’s product & client service model.




Sales/Client Acquisition

  • Respond and service inbound client enquiries in a timely matter.
  • Identify and understand client requirements and the industry vertical in which they sit and suggest product solutions 
  • Prepare client proposals and presentations.


Service/Account Management

  • Provide support to the Client Service Specialist and Client Service Manager on any aspect of client service for any client 
  • Effectively manage specific aspects of key client accounts
  • Effectively manage all time frames and deliverables from client onboarding, delivery of product, etc… to ongoing account management 
  • Manage and resolve any client’s issues, complaints, returns, etc… Ensure they are all rectified.
  • Ensure invoicing is prepared on a timely basis and payment is received in accordance with terms and conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with all other Cargo Crew departments (e.g. planning, production, warehouse, finance, etc…) in the delivery of the client service.


  • Develop and maintain a basic to intermediate knowledge of the Cargo Crew product range, pricing and service models.
  • Co-ordinate screen printing and embroidery production with other Cargo Crew departments and third parties (where required).
  • Track all freight enquiries with freight provider. Assist in the showroom, with warehouse and other administration tasks as requested.
  • Seek to identify areas of own personal and professional development.
  • Work to support the achievement of team objectives (including sales targets)



  • Display an interest in sales and client service - previous experience preferred, ideally in a B2B and B2C environment. Experience in ecommerce and/or an online marketplace also highly desirable.
  • Demonstrate an interest in or previous exposure to the uniform, fashion industry or the like.
  • Possess: credibility; strong communication skills (written & oral); and have an eye for detail;
  • Personal values which truly reflect those of Cargo Crew.
  • An eye and passion for quality, style, design and client service.
  • Able to take initiative. You get things done.
