We seek a qualified Cook to join our team at Ester Restaurant.
You will hold as a minimum:
You will be required to be responsible for all aspects of running your section properly in a fast-paced, stressful environment. You will be part of a tight-knit team and will excel at providing exceptional attention to detail.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in hatted, high-end restaurants is a must.
As a cook your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Besides the above essential skills and qualifications, and due to the nature of the restaurant and requirements of the role, our ideal candidate may also demonstrate proficiency and have experience in the following: cooking with a wood fired oven; fermenting of vinegars and kombuchas; preparing and baking sourdough breads.
Salary range $60,000 - $70,000k p.a. + super.
