WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a passionate leaders to drive our brands onto to new levels of success. These are specific people who can successfully fuse innovative problem-solving and efficiencies with the energetic nature of a fast paced and vibrant style of service within the context of South-Aast Asian hospitality.

We are now looking for the following critical leadership roles to make an impact both within our selection of single venues with a view to growing the scope of role across our venue and brand footprint;

  • Operational Leaders (across both beverage and service disciplines) 
  • Restaurant Managers 
  • Head Chefs

You will need to understand the hospitality and working context of Bali as a tropical island with constantly evolving audiences. They will be self-motivated to deliver initiatives that solve immediate problems and inspire teams above and below them to find their own solutions.

In these critical and highly visible roles you will be:

  • Championing leadership to empower and coach a large F.O.H. team and move communication from Culinary and Creative through Guest Experience.
    Contributing to the company's business values and approach to sustainable and forward-thinking initiatives
  • Leading your team by delivering strong organisational structure, talent management and efficiencies (but contribute to overall business performance)
  • Driving continuous improvement of the service level with a passionate team wanting to deliver high level guest experience at all levels
  • Overseeing and leading the commercial performance across bar and floor operations including the management of stock and budget control of the beverage department and running a commercially savvy business

Experience in similar high-end venues and operational roles is a must along with a passion for inspiring positive change and collaboration via your team (high volume experience is preferable).

You must be able to thrive and contribute to a busy and organised environment going that extra mile in to advance brand development.
