We're a transformative outdoor design brand with a big ambition: to be the best natural stone design partner for every architect and designer in the country. Period. And we're looking for superstars.
Can I borrow your attention for just a moment? We’re looking for Sydney based sales and relationship experts to join our Sydney team, based in Waterloo.
Are you great at servicing clients? Can you provide exceptional customer service? We can get a run-of-the-mill sales consultant any day of the week; right now we’re looking for those over-achieving superstar Showroom Consultant's who are looking for a role they can sink their teeth into, learn quickly and really progress. Someone looking to find a company that just fits. It’s more than just sales, we’re looking for people to become product and relationship experts and work in partnership with architects and designers.
You don’t know us and we don’t know you; but if you’re reading this and it’s resonating with you, then we’d really like to meet you. This is not a job offer call to fill a vacant role. We have a sales team already. This is about growing our core team here in Sydney with the right people to take us forward.
If you’re already satisfied in your current role, even better. We know the best people get into their roles, they give 100% and they find the satisfaction wherever they are. If you’re even vaguely curious, drop us a line and we can have a chat. If we’re seeming like we’re aligned after that we’ll organise for you to come and meet our team and get a feel for what we are all about.
We’re a young management team [although sadly for us, probably not as young are you are] we’ve got a load of energy, a great business and we’re about to hit our straps as we take the business to the next level. If you’d like to be part of building something, say hello. And just to be really clear; we don’t do commission-only roles. We’ve been doing this for 20 years and we know the only way to get great staff is to pay them well and provide good career progression. Pretty simple really.
What's involved in the role you ask?
What's in it for you?
We are a culture of yes. People are the most important asset we have in our business. You spend more time at work than you do at home, so we want to make sure you feel supported, challenged and excited to be here. We don't believe in red tape and encourage our people to work out how they perform best, so as long as what you want to do isn't too expensive or illegal, we'll ask you to just give it a go. Employee learning & development and health & wellness underpin our employee programs, aimed at ensuring you can 'grow your own' and get what you need to have the career you want with us.
Google us. Check out our Instagram. Look at our digital footprint. Stalk us on LinkedIn. Do what you need to do. If you’re keen, we’d love you to send us an email and introduce yourself.
