We're looking for an energetic, intelligent, mid-level experienced Account Manager to join our team and work across our diverse client portfolio.

The role It's the perfect role for an Account Manager ready to take the next step in their career, enjoys new challenges and is excited about learning and developing new skills in a company that can offer room for growth and experience in multiple disciplines and platforms. You will be responsible for developing existing client relationships and working closely with the senior team. This role requires a self-motivated individual with a mature and professional approach, a high level of communication and project management skills. You will be responsible for client management and implementation of projects ensuring that client strategy, objectives, deadlines, budgets and expectations are exceeded. You will manage key clients and also juggle project work. The categories you will predominately be working on will be retail, fashion, food, property, medical and corporate.
_ Client relationship management _ Strong print, digital and production knowledge _ Manage the performance of projects to ensure all milestones are met within budget _ Develop strategic relationships with our client mix to identify new and existing opportunities _ Maintain a good understanding of branding, online marketing, digital and social media concepts to ensure best practice innovative solutions are presented to clients _ Must have a passion for social media and everything digital Key Responsibilities _ Primarily act as the day-to-day point of contact for key clients, going above and beyond their expectations _ Liaise with team members (internal and external) through planning and delivery to ensure projects run smoothly, on time and to budget _ Provide sales and project documentation including quoting, invoicing, forecasting and budgeting _ Using your enthusiasm and strategic thinking to build client confidence through effective account relationship management _ Develop new business opportunities with existing clients _ Take, analyse and write briefs _ Know everything there is to know about the client's business _ Help as part of the team to solve our clients problems and challenges _Take a lead in setting up briefing and brainstorm sessions on major projects _ Be a great communicator _ Have strong presentation skills
_ 3+ years' experience of account or project management in a creative/digital or social agency _ Strong production and project management experience _ Excellent presentation skills _ Excellent written and verbal communication skills _ A strategic thinker _ A sharp eye for detail _ Self motivated, results driven _ Enthusiastic, fun and social
