We are in the search for a creative, inspiring and passionate Chef to work under our Head Chef and assist in manging a wood pizza section, larder and hot section in a 100 seat restaurant for lunch and dinner on weekdays, and brunch and dinner on the weekends. Our food is plated simply, yet with elegance. Our eating style is casual and communal, using world flavours without being totally defined. What we'd love you to have:
Hold an Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma or at least three years of relevant experience in the industry, restaurant background only.
3+ years EXPERIENCE in industry, restaurant background only

Half Acre is looking for a full-time Front of House Manager to help lead a passionate and dedicated team. Our 120 seat restaurant provides a unique indoor/outdoor environment with a wood-fired oven, charcoal grill and open kitchen. We serve lunch and dinner from Tuesday to Sunday.
