We're working on an exciting renovation to build on the continued success and increased profile of Cape Restaurant. So, we are now looking to appoint a Restaurant Manager to drive, manage and develop the Front of House team.
Cape was awarded a Chef’s Hat at the Australian Good Food Guide Awards in 2019. The restaurant boasts stunning views over the bay, offering a modern Australian menu that showcases the finest-quality produce from the Mornington Peninsula.
A day in the life
Having worked at a senior level, you will have the capacity to lead, influence and promote change whilst ensuring high performance. You’ll manage the budget, P&L and rostering and help build a high calibre team that sees the value in putting our members and guests at the centre of everything we do. You’ll be someone with the creativity and vision to explore new dining trends, manage back-of-house and front-of-house responsibilities with ease and constantly strive for excellence to create memorable dining experiences.
In the role, you’ll report to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager and oversee the restaurant, new bar, lounge and a team of 30 staff.
