The successful applicant will take the leading role in building the proof of concept; this will involve designing menu items and managing the overall project delivery.
This will be a hands on role, creative in terms of menu creation, and operational in terms of logistics and project delivery.
Design and build a proof of concept plant based fast food operation that can be leveraged into a global brand.
Creating the menu items together with the investors
Managing the operational and logistical aspects of the project
Recruiting, retaining and motivating key staff
Managing the delivery and execution of the initial proof of concept outlet
Day to day running of the operation , including managing operating margins, portion control and product quality
Reporting to Global CEO
