The menu will focus around European flavours and borrow techniques from around the world. We will strive to produce as much in house as possible, think baking house made sourdoughs, fermenting fruit into vinegars and making and looking after charcuterie. Your creativity and input is important to us!
The menu structure will remain flexible enough to enjoy a starter as a side or share a selection of appetisers over a drink.
