Via Porta eatery-deli opened its doors in July 2019 offering a wide array of dine-in, take home and deli items. This position will suit a self-motivated, confident individual who takes pride in customer service. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who can work unsupervised and lead a dynamic team.
Via Porta eatery - deli offers a wide array of dine-in (breakfast, lunch & dinner), take home meals and deli items in the Eastern Suburbs.
The role of FOH Manager with the support of the Directors will oversee all operations of the venue, except for the kitchen, including the day to day running of the venue ensuring an exceptional experience for all customers.
THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
Recruitment and staff management
Ensure an excellent level of customer service to all customers at all times
Provide ongoing training, support and guidance to existing and new staff to acheive their full potential in their roles
Co ordinate profit and loss, front of house weekly budgets and manage food and beverage costs
Provide weekly updates to Co-management and Directors
Direct staff to ensure the cleanliness of the customer area to maintain a positive customer experience
Communicate effectively with Kitchen staff
Bring new ideas to the table to enhance the business
This role is crying out for a positive ambitious Hospitality professional with some level of management experience.
