We are a small artisan bakery based in Melbourne CBD. We are looking for an organised baker who can move quickly. Must have baking experience and knowledge of sourdough breads. You will be working very closely with our head baker.
We are a growing bakery, and the time has come to get our bakers an extra set of hands. This job will include mixing dough, forming breads and oven work. You will have plenty of time to learn with our talented bakers and there is room to grow and learn in this position. We need someone who can move quickly, learn on the job, and has an excelent eye for detail.

A full time baker, with similar experience, to spearhead the start of Beatrix baking its own bread for our sandwiches (ciabattas, focaccia and milk buns) using YOUR creative expression and set up input. You would also prepare sweet and savoury yeasted bakes for the cakehouse and participate in pastry and cake preparation.
