Zeally Bay Sourdough (ZBS) is an award winning, fully Certified Organic sourdough wholesale bakery based in Torquay in a purpose built small scale facility. We have been established since 2007 and pride ourselves on our steady, organised and stable management.

ZBS is looking for a good communicator, who is willing and able to take responsibility, who values system and attention to detail.
Someone who will be able to directly assist our Head Baker, contributing ideas and the value of your experience to manage, train and further develop the existing small team of skilled, hands-on bakers.
It would be an advantage if you have had experience with: training programmes, computer competency, stock management and staff management. You should be used to making improvements to systems and processes - and documenting those processes.
The bakery operates in daytime, family-friendly hours seven days a week. We are prepared to provide an above average wage for a quality candidate who satisfies the above criteria and who can deliver results.

A full time baker, with similar experience, to spearhead the start of Beatrix baking its own bread for our sandwiches (ciabattas, focaccia and milk buns) using YOUR creative expression and set up input. You would also prepare sweet and savoury yeasted bakes for the cakehouse and participate in pastry and cake preparation.
