Chef de Partie - Proven Grill Experience

L’Hotel Gitan is searching for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team. We offer fantastic career opportunities, flexible roster, a great team environment.

The successful candidate will be someone with a love of food who is organised, and shows exceptional attention to detail. Must have superior time management skills. Experience in running a busy section of a large kitchen will be looked on favorably.

• To be able to keep up high quality standards and to multi task in a busy environment
• To work within a team, follow direction and lead junior staff
• An ongoing commitment to improving your product knowledge – in addition to our extensive menu offering, you have the opportunity  to create daily specials and cook across a range of sections
• A culinary education is highly desirable, but not always necessary
• Experience working in European restaurants is an advantage
