Pt Leo Estate is seeking experienced waiters to join our passionate and dynamic team in Laura. We are advertising for both Part Time and Full Time positions.
Laura is our 45 seat, two hat fine dining room. Named one of only four Australian appointments to the international culinary guide Relais and Chateau.
THIS ROLE:

Located an hour from Melbourne CBD - Pt Leo Estate is a world class, ocean front property. Set on 330 acres - The Estate encompasses vineyard, restaurants and the largest open-air sculpture park in Australia.

ABOUT YOU:
You will personally identify with the ethos of our team
You are available to work a mix of shifts including weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays
Demonstrated experience in a premium dining environment
You are willing to engage in regular training sessions
You have excellent attention to detail and time management skills
You have a passion for food and wine. WSET 3 level and above an advantage
Must have an RSA certificate
