Community Manager & Marketing Coordinator

Welcome to Industry Beans! We’re a team of specialty coffee professionals working across hospitality, retail and wholesale to deliver campaigns, projects and awesome day to day marketing needs.

We’re looking for a Community Manager & Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Team. This role will encompass marketing support, eCommerce support, community management, content management, customer engagement and service and general communications, all working closely and collaboratively with our amazing team.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Execution of marketing activities, day to day and campaign
• Contributing to idea generation and marketing direction
• Community engagement across multiple digital channels
• Customer engagement and customer service
• Managing and executing a content calendar
• Planning and executing EDMs to schedule
• Managing update of recurring collateral including menus, labels and other print materials
• Monitoring and evaluating available data
• Undertaking market research and generating insights and ideas
• Liaising with internal departments to communicate key information
• Providing internal communications support

You’ll be perfect for this role if you have:

• A Marketing or related Bachelor’s degree
• Experience using Shopify or a similar platform
• Experience in social media scheduling
• Proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficiency using Google Analytics
• Coffee knowledge and experience
