An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our team as an integral part of delivering bespoke experiences in one of the most impressive event venues in the country.
Working alongside our dedicated events team, you will be responsible for curating an unforgettable experience for our guests, from large scale weddings to corporate events to intimate celebrations, bringing our guests special day together successfully and stress-free, from setting up to waving them goodbye.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to room preparation, the greeting of guests upon arrival, liaising with clients throughout the event, managing Food and Beverage teams, working with the kitchen team to ensure food service is on schedule, on day pack down, and the writing of event reports.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, extremely efficient time management & communication skills, and a passion for events. A minimum of two years of operational experience within a similar caliber establishment is a must.

Additional to the role of Event Coordinator, there will be times you will also need to work within the restaurants across our precinct at Stones of the Yarra Valley, Meletos, and No.7 Healesville, as the business requires. This full-time position will require the availability to work a flexible 7-day roster including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
