Experienced Barista and Cafe all-rounder

Sensory Lab is a world-class specialty coffee company established in Melbourne in 2008. We currently run 5 venues in Melbourne, 1 in Sydney and also have a great supportive community of wholesale customers across Australia. 

As we head into 2021 and out of COVID restrictions we are looking to add our Melbourne team. This is a full-time position

Successful applicants would need :

• Passion for quality specialty coffee
• 2 years of barista experience in similar venues
• A genuine enthusiasm for customer service - a people person
• Ambition to continually maintain high standards and further your skills
• A positive attitude and approach
• Ability to work in a team environment and happy to help out across all cafe areas
• Be available to work weekends
• Excellent communication and time management

Successful candidates will work closely with our Sensory Lab management to make sure we are consistently delivering the best in the business.
