*UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY* // Frank's is seeking an experienced Barista/Hospitality Professional to step in, take over and run a "one-person" off-site satellite cafe at one of our corporate clients in a top end purpose built cafe in the middle of their office in Moorabbin.
This opportunity is very unique in that it's from 8am - 3pm, Monday to Friday, NO nights, NO weekends!!!
THE CAFE - Located in Moorabbin, our client has a purpose built, top end 15sqm professionally fitted out cafe with a La Marzocco Linea coffee machine and Mythos grinder. The cafe is located right in the middle of the open plan office, which itself is newly renovated and one of the most beautiful and high end offices I've ever seen. The hours of cafe operation are Monday-Friday / 8am-3pm with no nights or weekends, and we currently do 70-100 coffees/beverages per day.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE: Whilst your core job will be to make top end coffee, the major requirement for this job will be someone who is disciplined professional, that's respectful, a self-starter/driven, thoughtful, takes ownership/pride in the space and makes the effort to establish and strengthen relationships with the 100-150 staff, ensuring their catering needs are taken care of. Essentially you'll be your own boss...

The successful candidate will have access to all facilities and support offered to other employees, including for those passionate about coffee roasting to learn more with Hallelujah.
