Evies Bar and Diner is looking for a vibrant & experienced Full-time General Manager to join the family. Strong leadership skills & a dynamic hospitality persona a must!
Tasks including, but not limited to:
- Leading by example and setting the service standard for the team
- Excellent personal presentation
- Overseeing the daily opening & closing procedures.
- Working with the kitchen to ensure that menu items and specials maintain the focus and consistency of the Evies brand
- Working with the Head Chef to ensure all staff have excellent knowledge of the menu
- Promoting positive relations with front of house and back of house staff
- Training and supervising staff
- Ordering and stock control
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

- Proven food and beverage knowledge
