The Journal is a well-established feature of the Flinders lane community in the Melbourne CBD. Known for its excellent coffee, they are looking for experienced front of house employees, preferably with some barista experience, to continue and further enhance their reputation.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced front of house person/barista, with a strong focus on customer service. The successful candidate will have an established hospitality career, with excellent coffee knowledge and food knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience, possess a strong attention to detail and be able to consistently deliver service in a fast-paced environment.
