Madame West is a newly established venue located in the western corridor of Caroline Spings, and is already making her mark. With a huge focus on being both personable and approachable in our casual dining space, our brand is growing fast so we are keen to welcome young + open minded hospitality professionals to the MW family.
Bar Position...
Our current bar menu has 35 wines on offer (including bubbles), and 10 great cocktails. This position will require some good 'all round' wine knowledge, with cocktail making experience a must. **Floor experience will be noted as a BONUS in our cosy space.
FOH position...
Looking for a champion to embrace the role of a 'right hand man' (or woman) to the business owner. This full time role will encompass a variety of different hospo responsibilities, that will support the daily operational activities of running a F & B establishment. An eye for detail, customer service orientated, and having a 'can do' attitude will be favoured when applying for this role.... of course being SUPER FRIENDLY as well goes without saying. **Min 3years experience is a prerequisite.
