Baia di Vino is a wine focused restaurant and bar offering a unique European experience in the heart of the bayside suburbs. We are looking to expand our kitchen team - seeking experienced cooks and qualified chefs who can help lead our small and tight-knit team in creating and delivery a consistent, simple and well executed menu.

We have developed a small and refined selection of dishes using the highest quality, local ingredients inspired by our European culture that are designed for sharing. We are seeking cooks and qualified chefs to assist our head chef in leading our small team. Successful applicants will be:

  • Passionate, hardworking and creative
  • Willing to learn and take direction
  • A strong leader who can work closely with our head chef 
  • Has the ability to work within a busy and fast paced environment 
  • Flexible and adaptable to a new, growing business
  • Has knowledge in European flavours and cooking
  • Respectable and able to be a team player
  • Available for a 7-day flexible roster
  • Can commit to 38 - 40 hours per week
