We are looking for an Office Manager to join and support our Studio Director and team of designers on a full time basis, in our light filled creative studio in Prahran. A part time role will also be considered.
Our new Office Manager, reporting to our Studio Director, will be responsible for scheduling and managing project timelines and studio workflow, project budgets and time tracking, coordinating with suppliers, production management, while most importantly, maintaining alignment between the client and the design team at all times.

We are looking for a creative with skills in customer service and product development to join our small team. This position suits someone who enjoys a cross-section of responsibilities in a small creative studio environment. A jewellery background is not essential however the role does require strength in design and an alignment with our aesthetic.
