Bar Margaux is a part of the award-winning Made in the Shade hospitality group, from Michael and Zara Madrusan. We are currently expanding our kitchen team, specifically recruiting for a Senior Sous Chef and Chef de Partie.
Applicants will have relevant experience and have the fundamental skills required for the desired role, but above all, share a passion for classic french food.
