You will be working alongside a highly experienced head chef to help create seasonal menu items and weekly specials with the potential to step into the Head Chef position within the first 6 months of the year.
Jed Cafe is a well-established venue in Gisborne, right at the foot of the Macedon Ranges. This can have an easier drive to then crossing Melbourne. We are currently open 6 days a week, expanding back to 7 days serving breakfast and lunch. There are a couple of projects in the process to continue expanding the business. This the perfect position for someone who would like to grow in their role.
