Our newly established cafe/bar : Wolfhound on Brunswick needs a motivated and experienced head barista with a sound knowledge of specialty coffee. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a high volume environment and will also assist with training staff to deliver quality coffee using 7-SEEDS on a new La Marzocco 3-group machine with a Mazzer Robur-S Grinder. Applicants should be familiar with brew recepies and associated functions.
Candidates will need familiarity with a POS system and be responsible for ordering coffee & milk as well as stock control.
