Pomelo is our fun-loving, sun drenched rooftop bar. Inspired by Miami Art Deco and Memphis design, we are bringing the party vibes without skimping on the quality or detail. You better believe there will be a slushie machine!
We are looking for hospitality professionals that want to take a step up or be involved in an exciting new project. We are looking to build a predominantly fulltime and salaried team, although we also welcome expressions of interest from people looking for part time/casual conditions. We will always consider good humans over good resumes.
