Chef de Partie

Commonwealth Golf Club, one of the premier Golf Clubs in the Melbourne Sandbelt region in Oakleigh South, is looking for a full time qualified Chef De Partie for our highly regarded kitchen.

Reporting to the Chef and working with a small team, the successful applicant will appreciate working in an organised and professional environment. To be considered for this role, candidates must:

• Be qualified in all areas of kitchen preparation
• Have experience in a la carte cooking
• Be willing to work to the highest standards at all time
• Have a friendly, positive and professional demeanour
• Have the ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Be punctual, reliable and well presented 

Hours of work are mainly day shifts over a 7 day rotating roster. On site car parking is available.

A remuneration package will reflect the successful candidate's qualifications and experience.
